About Leavo

Leavo is a leave and absence management platform built to replace spreadsheets, email chains, and manual tracking with one system. It handles time-off requests, real-time balance tracking, and configurable approval workflows based on teams and reporting lines, so pending requests are counted immediately and no one is ever over-allocated. It ships with country-specific compliance presets (currently Swiss CCT and French CCN, with more on the way), automatic enforcement of weekly-hour limits and rest rules, and a conversational assistant that lets employees check balances or book time off in plain language ("How many vacation days do I have left?"). It also supports multi-organization management, shift scheduling, and working-hours configuration for teams that need it.
